As part of our commitment to food safety Cranswick Country Foods plc arranged for to run a programme of L2 HACCP training courses designed to re-fresh the knowledge of our existing HACCP team members, as well as providing a training opportunity for new members of the team. In addition we also embarked on a programme of ensuring all HACCP Team Leaders within group were qualified to at least L4 HACCP. The positive feedback from colleagues who have completed this training has been very encouraging and was particularly complimentary about Denise`s knowledge of HACCP and her enthusiastic training style which managed to make, what can be a very dry subject, into one that held the interest and participation of the training group.
